Clemson Women's Rowing Shines at Lake Wheeler Invitational and Claims Carolina Cup for the first time since 2016!
Clemson Women’s Rowing delivered a statement performance over the weekend, racing their 1V8+, 2V8+, and 1V4+ crews in King shells at the Lake Wheeler Invitational.
In the first round of the regatta Clemson's 1V8 put on a show taking the top spot out of 6 boat race beating #22 Washington State, #18 Duke and #24 UNC. With that win claiming back the Carolina Cup for the first time since 2016!
This lead to some great energy for the second round. Where Clemson went on to win every race in all boat classes.

🏆 Carolina Cup Back to Clemson
Clemson finished the weekend to finish fourth overall and pushing them to the Top 25 ranking for the first time since 2014.
