I think sending this in a flexible mailer is risky - I haven't put it in the shell yet, but it looks straght.
Very good! Have to figure out best angle for the mirror. The hat is deep enough , does not move and therefore secure when you are rowing.

The track and seat work perfectly. The longer bolts were more difficult to install than the short ones. I look forward to the new boat, as well.
I didn't think I needed new oarlocks, but maybe my old ones had gotten soft over the years. I do feel a firmer and more self-assured "clunk" when I get to the catch.
